Nolan's 3rd birthday!

Nolan had his 3rd birthday at his favorite place on earth - Chick Fil A! I love this age where it's the simple things that make them happy. We had a wonderful time and are so thankful for our little man! We wish we could have invited 50 kids but we had a limit in the restaurant so we limited it to his little preschool friends..... we hope everyone understands if they have school aged kids that would have felt left out if a sibling came! Thanks to all who made his party great!

"I Like Quats"

Ever since Nolan could talk, he would occasionally say "I like quats." When we ask him what a quat is, he holds his forefingers and thumbs together. If you know what a quat is, will you please let us know??

Am I late or what??? I do what I can do... what's the excuse this time? Oh, yeah, potty training, that's it!

Potty Training continues!

Nolan is doing so well sitting on his little potty all day in the living room. We have progressed from naked to wearing training underwear... at first he had a few accidents and now he stays clean and dry! We do wear pull ups for sleeping and out of the house. Last night during a Drama Team meeting Mark and I were at (with Nolan), he kept wanting to go to the big potty and peed twice in it! This is HUGE. Nolan does not like unpleasant surprises so today I told him was his last day with his little potty and he said OK. We are making progress!!!!!!
