Week 7 and 3 days

The sono/doctor visit went well today. The baby has doubled in size in one week and is now 1.5 cm with a strong heartbeat. The picture did not come out that good so it's not posted but we were able to see the head with the brain and the little arm and leg buds better. The doctor gave me prescriptions for nausea because I've been sick daily and she doesn't want heaving putting pressure on the tummy. I'm looking forward to a better night tonight! The cervix was still the same size and tight so I don't need to go back for two more weeks. Woo Hoo! Thank you for your prayers!!

Big News!!

For those who haven't heard, I'm sorry because I've been pretty tired and sick . . . we are having a baby! The due date is December 11th and I'm 1 & 1/2 months along (7 weeks). The baby looks good and I'm not supposed to lift heavy things or exercise. The "stitch" (cerclage) will be put in surgically on June 1st then it will be bed rest! We covet all of your prayers for a full term, healthy pregnancy. I'll be updating the progress as we go.
